Appointments

Appointments can be made online, by telephone or by presenting in person.

Whatever method you choose, we use Anima to record and manage all clinical and administrative requests. A member of our team reviews each request and directs it to the right place. Reception staff can help you submit a request if needed.

• Online: Use Anima to submit a request (recommended).
• By telephone: Our reception team will complete an Anima form with you over the phone.
• In person: If you attend the surgery, a receptionist will help you complete an Anima form at the desk.

You can submit requests Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30 (excluding bank holidays).
