Some services can be accessed directly without contacting the practice.

Before submitting an online request, please check whether your problem can be managed by one of the services below:

• Dental Problems
  • Toothache, dental infection, broken teeth, swollen gums and other dental problems.
  • Contact your regular dentist. If you need urgent dental care or do not have a dentist, contact NHS 111.
• Counselling and Talking Therapies (NHS Talking Therapies)
  • For people aged 16 years and over experiencing low mood, anxiety, stress or depression

Appointments can be requested online, by telephone or by visiting the practice in person.

Whichever method you choose, all clinical and administrative requests are submitted through our online contact service. This helps us direct your request to the most appropriate member of the practice team. If you are unable to use the online service yourself, our reception team can help you submit a request.

• By telephone: If you are unable to use our online contact service, our reception team can help you submit an online request over the telephone.
• In person: If you attend the surgery, our reception team can help you submit an online request.

You can submit requests Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30 (excluding bank holidays).
