Rapid health is our online patient triage system; Rapid Health can be used to access self-care information, submit medical and administrative requests, and even register new patients to the surgery.
Online services allow you to:
book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional
order repeat prescriptions
see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
Setting up an NHS account/NHS App
To set up your NHS account for the first time, you will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up NHS login (nhs.uk).
Once you have set up your NHS login, you can log in to your NHS account or download the NHS App onto your phone.
